Shipping policy
At Ekoorienten, we strive to ensure that your delivery is as sustainable as our products.
We pack your goods with care and use recyclable packaging materials as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint.
Delivery time: Normally 1-3 working days. (free shipping for purchases over 799 SEK).
Pickup: You can also choose to pick up your order directly from us at Östra Medelvägen 11 B in Sundbyberg to save on shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ekoorienten and if, in the unlikely event, a product does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to help you.
Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened packages. Contact us before returning an item.
Complaints: If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement item or refund.
Exception: When purchasing food, the right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is unbroken and the seal is intact.
